Good day!
This is to follow-up my request with Claim Slip No. ECAR-009A-059-1022-01074 for the Sale of the property of Carmencita Katigbak (141-776-100). As per claim slip stated it was written that I may claim my approved ECAR on October 12, 2022 but when I visited your office today, October 18, 2022 it was still on process.

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that the request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).
