Hello. I would like to request a copy of my 2021 Annual Income Tax Return. My brother is requesting a copy of my ITR in compliance to his application for scholarship.

Dear ADRIAN PAUL MABATAN:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 14, 2022 11:02:01 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a copy of your Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) or BIR Form 2316 for Taxable Year 2021.

In reply, we called your contact information today (July 14, 2022 at 3:02 P.M) and  asked you what kind of ITR Form are you requesting from us, is it BIR Form 1701 (Self-Employed Individuals) or BIR Form 2316 (Compensation Income Earners).

You also confirmed that you are an employee and your employer has given you your BIR Form 2316 for taxable year 2021. As proof that your taxes were withheld. Your BIR Form 2316 shall serve as your Income Tax Return.
