You asked for Certified True Copy Certificate of Registration (2303).

Response to your request

In reply, you may file your request for a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303) with Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 39-South Quezon City located at 5/F to 7/F 1424 Coher Center Bldg., Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.

Kindly bring the Original and Photocopy of the BIR Form 2303 and Secretary's Certificate and look for Ms. Cristy for assistance.

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
