Good Day! I would like to request the list of Micro Business Enterprise owners who are using eBIRFORMS in Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines, indicating the profile of the MBEs in terms of industry sector, form of ownership, capitalization, business age, and the number of employees. 

In case you cannot disclose the list due to privacy concerns, will it be possible to know the number of MBEs that are using eBIRForms?

In line with the foregoing, due to section 270 of NIRC of the 1997, as amended, BIR personnel cannot divulge information of taxpayers concerning the latter’s business. and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 clearly provides the data of an individual or business shall never be collected, processed, or given without his or her consent, unless otherwise provided by the law. unfortunately, we cannot give the requested information as the district is not allowed and permitted to divulge such information.
