Hi! I would like to request a copy of my BIR 2316 from my previous employer, hopefully, I can still get one. Lost the copy provided by my previous employer for year 2020-2021. I tried to reach out to previous employer but wasnt able to get it from them since they already gave me a copy when I left the company. Also went directly to BIR office but I was told that BIR cant provide that document. This is my only hope to get one, looking forward for your response. If you need any additional information about my previous company, please let me know.
