Hi! I would like to request information regarding:

Online TIN Application for students/unemployed. BIR Form 1904 is said to be the appropriate form to be filled; however, I cannot seem to find an official procedure for the process of application.

An online application would be best given the pandemic. If that is not available, I would be glad to be given the latest process as well.
