I need this for my application for Solo Parent ID, and also for Educational Assistance for my son.

Per our phone conversation this morning August 22, 2022, you were informed that the BIR Form 2316 for the taxable year 2021 issued by your previous employer is good as Income Tax Return (ITR) and can be use for your intended purpose.
