May I respectfully request for a copy of the following documents. As a small gardener/farmer, which admittedly falls into lapses sometimes in obligation as a citizen, I wish to study and religiously follow the tax obligations of people like me.
1. The following annexes of RR V-1, as amended:
a. 15-Minute Simplified Bookkeeping Records (Sari-sari)
b. Farmer's Simplified Accounts & Tax Record
c. General Simplified Accounts & Tax Record (Retail and Wholesale)
d. Rice-Corn Mill Simplified Accounts & Tax Record including Mill Office Record
e. Poultry-Livestock Accounts & Tax
