Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 28, 2023 09:58:26 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for a Certified True Copies (CTC) of BIR FORM 2303.

Response to Request

If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of BIR Form 2303, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of the foundation (in your case-RDO 47-East Makati), kindly bring the Original Return, Photocopy of BIR Form 2303.

You may bring the following documents to the concerned RDO:

1.	 Letter request by the taxpayer or its authorized representative;
2.	The request shall reasonably describe the purpose of the request for information;
3.	Original Board Resolution duly notarized, Corporate Secretary Certificate, or other acceptable written consent showing the authority of the representative to act in behalf of the corporation; and
4.	At least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing photograph and signature.

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
