Hi Ma'am/Sir, good day!

May I humbly request a copy of my ITR Form 2316 from my previous employer at Central Lumber Corporation their registeres business is at 268 Magallanes Street, Cebu City.. I was employed by the said company from June 13, 2022 until December 2022. I am having a hard time requesting the said document.
