Good day! 
May I request a copy of the 2019 or any of the latest BIR Benchmark Rates per industry, containing the GPR, IT and VAT rates? I am a Revenue Officer and need a copy of the file to be used in conducting audit of a tax case. The rates will be used to apply the "Best Evidence Obtainable Rule" in our audit. Appreciate your prompt response on this matter. Thank you.
