You asked for Zonal value of windsor estate dasmariñas cavite.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.

Dear Ms. Piche	
		
This refers to your email message dated September 16, 2022, regarding your request for the zonal value of land in Windsor Estate Brgy. Palapala, Dasmariñas, Cavite.

In reply, our records shows that there is no Barangay Palapala in the Municipality of Dasmariñas Cavite. Windsor Estate is under Barangay Langkaan 1&2. Attached is a photocopy of Schedule of Zonal Values of said Barangay for your ready reference.

Furthermore, please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1.	Select the RDO where the property is located (click RDO 54A – Trece Martires City, East Cavite);
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value (click Sheet 11 for the latest zonal values); and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.

Your right to request a review
