I refer to my letter of May 04, 2022 03:07:49 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request Of Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we are seeking for further clarification/s specifically on the following details:

1. Are you a Local Employee for the year/s 2017, 2018 and 2019?
2. Or Self Employed Individual (With Business, Practicing One's Profession or Under Job Order) for the year/s 2017, 2018 and 2019?
3. What Income Tax Return (ITR) are you referring to - BIR Form 2316 for employees or BIR Forms 1701 & 1701A for Self-Employed Individuals?
4. Name of your Employer or Employer's last 2017, 2018 and 2019?
5. Employer's Business Address; and 
6. Employer's Business TIN (if applicable),  kindly email the additional information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph indicating the Tracking Number #BIR-451646200018, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jul 27, 2022 03:01:59 AM, your request will be closed.
