June 2, 2022 Dear Mr. Ysrael Manacop: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 02, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Copy of my ITR for the year. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have a file/record of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2021. However, you may directly request your BIR Form 2316 from your employer as they are the main source of this document pursuant to Section 2.83 of Revenue Regulations No. 02-98, as amended which provides that “The employer shall furnish each employee with the original and duplicate copies of Form No. 2316 xxx.”.
