I am Adorha Mai C. Evangelista from Cabuyao, Laguna with a TIN ID # 376-395-871-0000. I am sending this email to ask BIR to kindly transfer my RDO code from 044 (Taguig) to 056 (Calamba, Laguna) since the new policy is the RDO should now be on BIR branch having jurisdiction on your permanent residential address which is now in Cabuyao, Laguna.

Please contact me on my personal email at: evangelistamai0@gmail.com for any developments or concerns regarding this request.

Thank you.
