I would like to request regulations, rulings, and circulars relative to Manpower, Janitorial, and Security Services.

This will aid me in exercising my duties as Examiner in BIR RDO 74-Iloilo City in my audit investigation, information dissemination thru Seminars, Trivia Posters making, etc.
