Would like to get a copy of my ITR 2316 year 2022, nawala po kasi yung nabigay sakin ni employer and kasalanan ko po and currently po nag resigned na po ako, nagtry po ako magreach out sa hr wala pong response from them.

2. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of your Employer;
3. Employer's Registered Business Address;
4. Your Complete Name (including Middle Name);
5. Your Date of Birth; and
6. Your TIN Number.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 25, 2024 11:18:42 PM, your request will be closed.
