Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 16, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for your Income Tax Return (ITR).

In reply, we have called your contact information to verify some pertinent details on your request for your ITR copy and you informed us that you have your Transport Business located in Pasay City and thus, you are further informed that BIR Form No. 1701 shall be filed by you-who are engaged in trade/business or the practice of profession in accordance with Section 51 of the NIRC Code, as amended. 
Your BIR Form 1701 serves as your Income Tax Return that can be used in your Landbank Requirements.
