Hi! I would like to request a copy of my ITR/2316 dated 01/01/2022 to 04/15/2022. This request is intended to request for my employment purposes.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 15, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR 2316.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your BIR Form 2316 CY 2022, apparently has not yet been filed.

However,  you may directly request BIR Form 2316 for this year from your employer as they are the main source of this document and it is also mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
