Dear Ms. Castillo,

This is in reply to your email message dated August 5, 2021, regarding your request for the zonal value of lots located in San Miguel, more particularly Spring Street, Brgy. Poblacion, Makati CIty

Upon verification the Zonal Value for your property in Spring Street, Barangay Poblacion is P80,000.00 for Residential (RR).
