Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

However, to personally verify your TIN (1905?) or have it stamp received , we highly advise you visit the concerned BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) from Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except holidays. 

Please be reminded that TIN is considered a piece of sensitive personal information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
