In connection with your eFOI request under Tracking Number BIR-461399618953, your request was denied due to the reason that based on our access to records the Bureau does not have custody of the information requested and the information is not known to be in the custody of another agency under the Executive Branch. Your employer did not file BIR Form 1604C and Alphalist of Employees for taxable year 2021.
