hi i would like to request for a copy of my 2316 and 1905 certificates. I am a former overseas worker and I haven't got copies of these certificates.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 10, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for Copies of 2316 and 1905 certificates.

Response to your request
Please be informed that as a former Overseas Filipino Worker you are exempted from filing the 2316, hence we cannot provide you a copy of the same.

On the other hand, as to the BIR Form 1905, may we suggest that you directly request said form from the concerned district office as this is also part of our frontline service and cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.
