I would like to request for a form 2316 for the year 2022. For pre-employment purposes only.

Dear Ms. Quilog:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 21, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for FORM 2316 for the year 2022.

Response to your request

In reply, Kindly asked your employer if they already submitted to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where they are registered Certified List of Employees Qualified for Substituted Filing of ITR (Annex F) of Revenue Regulations No. 11-2018.

The submission of the abovementioned document is on February 28, 2023. Just in case, your employer have not yet submitted the Annex F together with the List of BIR Form 2316 of their employees, the RDO would not be able to give you a copy.

In view of the foregoing, we recommend that you request your BIR Form No. 2316 directly from your employer, as this should have been issued to you on or before Jan. 31 of the succeeding year, or on the day of last payment of wages in case of termination from employment.
