Hi BIR, I would to request a copy of my ITR Form 2316 for the purposes of Job Application Requirement.

Dear Mr, Infiesto,
I refer to my letter of Mar 10, 2022, 10:51:00 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for the latest income tax return BIR Form 2316.
In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need for you to clarify which of the two are you requesting as we have different policies, manners, and venues for filing these two documents.
If you are asking for ITR, kindly provide us with the following details:
-What ITR form did you file? Are you asking for your latest, CY 2021? (why are you requesting, you should have a copy)
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online)
Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.
However, we would also like to suggest that if you know where you filed your ITR, you may directly request it to the concerned RDO, bring the duplicate/xerox copy with you for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC
On the other hand, for BIR form 2316, kindly email us your employer's TIN, RDO name & business address, and for CY 20110-2019.
Please be reminded that the details/information we asked for is sensitive information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012, thus, you may just email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jun 03, 2022 12:18:13 PM, your request will be closed.
