Hi, I would like to request for a copy of my BIR 2316 Form (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld) for the year 2021.
My last day with my previous employee was January 15, 2022. During that time they have said that for year 2021 it is not yet available. By the time they sent me my COE and BiR 2316, they have only provided me the copy for the current year 2022. I have tried to contact them but I haven’t got any feedback for the past 3 weeks.
I hope you can help me to get a copy pls
