Good day!

My name is Jannaline Sacramento Inguito with a TIN #: 744-748-335-000. I would like to request for RDO transfer from my previous employment address (RDO 045) to my residence (RDO 046).

I have already sent the copy of my filled-out BIR Form 1905 and a valid ID to rdo_45css@bir.gov.ph but has no response yet.

I hope you can take action regarding my matter.
