Good Day, 

Would it be possible for me, John Kenneth V. San Diego, son of late Mario Santiago San Diego, to request for my late father's BIR form 2316 with his Tax Identification Number and his SSS number?

My father died during the pandemic in the year of 2020. I have yet to gather a document that would help us claim my father's death benefit because all of the documents we have of him were destroyed by flood when he was alive.
