Hi, I would like to request for an ITR Waiver form. 

This is for the requirement of my new job.

Dear Mr. Ondoy:

I refer to my letter of Nov 02, 2023 11:20:23 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR WAIVER FORM.

In reply, kindly clarify what kind of Waiver Form (Income Tax Return) are you referring to? Upon inquiry with the BIR System, you are registered as Local Employee.

Your request for a copies of your BIR Form No. 2316 shall be obtain or secure from your employer for Calendar Year (s) 2022 to 2023 (in case your employment with the company has been terminated before the end of this year) as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as an Annual Income Tax Return per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 26, 2024 12:51:39 AM, your request will be closed.

I requesting an ITR waiver form since I don't have any employer in this fiscal year,
And yes I'm a newly hired as a local employee.
