Hi! I would like to a request my form 2316 from my previous company new flavor house. I was employed from oct2018-march2019 from them. Any dates within those period would be fine as long as i have proof of my employment with them since I dont have my COE anymore

Dear Mr. Buligan,

I refer to my letter of Oct 20, 2021 04:52:19 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Form 2316.

Response to your request
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us with the following details and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. :
-	please indicate your employer’s TIN, RDO , business name & address
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

The BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made, thus, you may directly request from them as they are the main source of the documents.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 13, 2022 02:20:43 AM, your request will be closed.
