I refer to my letter of Jan 27, 2023 11:40:11 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR 2316 AND ITR REQUEST.

Kindly provide us the following data in order for us to evaluate your requested information:

1. Your Tax Identification Number (TIN);
2. Complete Name of your Employer (For Taxable Year 2016-2021)
3. TIN of your Employer; and
4. Address of your Employer.

The issuance of your BIR Form 2316 for Taxable Year 2022, will be given by your employer to you and to the rest of their employees on January 31, 2023. The Revenue District Office (RDO) gets a hold of the said BIR Form upon submission of your employer on or before February 28, 2023.

Kindly email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-471951689327, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 24, 2023 01:16:39 AM, your request will be closed.
