Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 26, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for your BIR Form 1902 dated 2012.

We called your contact information today (May 27, 2022) and informed you of the following:

1. In Connection with your request for BIR Form 1902 dated 2012, please be informed that the record/files per office for the aforementioned year/s may already sent to archive for storage as it was more than five (5) years of safekeeping; and

2. You may secure a TIN Verification Slip with the nearest Revenue District Office as proof of your TIN Number if that can be sufficiently enough for your new employer to know that you have an exiting TIN number.
