Hi,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of Marilyn Doronila’s Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2022-2023.

My name is Lorde Lynn B. Doronila, I am in need of a copy of my parent’s ITR for my College application.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my parent’s ITR at the earliest convenience. 

Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Dear Ms. Doronila:

I refer to my letter of Dec 19, 2023 03:13:48 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Copy Of Income Tax Return.

We called your mobile number today, December 20, 2023 to validate your existing eFOI Request, however, it was unsuccessful.

In reply, we would like to verify other details, such as:

1.Is your Mother Working either with Business? or An employee?
2. If Employed, her employer (company) should have provided her BIR Form No. 
    2316 which will serve as her Income Tax Return.
3. If transacting with a representative (like in your case), we require to attach Special Power of Attorney (SPA) and two (2) valid I.D.s of your mother.

Kindly email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-475844967284, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 13, 2024 02:41:57 AM, your request will be closed.
