Hi. I would like to know why the BIR Manila Branch always asks for different documents other than the required documents. 
We have been there 3x already and every time the officer of the day (ONeTT) looks at our documents, she / he  asks for another document. Example is: zonal value of property (situated in Albay) this can only be taken from the BIR branch in Albay. When we presented it to the OneTT , another question was given. ( what is the meaning of cocal) so, we were told again to get the meaning of cocal in BIR 
It takes time, money to get documents from the province.

Dear Madam,

Regarding documents required from taxpayers filing an estate tax return, there is RMO 35-2015 for this purpose. Annex B3 thereof provides the checklist for estate tax return.  Here is the link:
