Hi! I would like to request the e-mail address for RDO 0126 as I need to file a change of RDO. I was unable to find the rdo code in the BIR website. My previous company's registered address is in Upper McKinley, BGC.

My last tax document referencing this rdo is dated 2017. Please help. Thanks.

Response to Request

Please be informed that you may utilized Revie, the BIR Digital Assistant Chatbot at the BIR website https://www.bir.gov.ph to verify the Revenue District Office (RDO) Office where your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is currently registered.

Once you know your current RDO Code office, you may send your duly accomplished and scanned BIR Form 1905 and two (2) government issued identification cards at the generic email address of your current RDO to facilitate the transfer of your TIN record to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.

Addresses and contact numbers of RDOs can be found in the bir website at www.bir.gov.ph homepage/contact us/directory/revenue district offices links.

Kindly accomplish the FOI Request Feedback Form at the link: https://bit.ly/BIRFOISurveyForm01.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

FOI Receiving Officer
