Good day!

Relative to your emailed dated November 12, 2021 thru portal under tracking# BIR-48153451445 and received by this office on even date,

please be informed that the subject taxpayer filed her no payment return thru eBIR last April 15, 2021. Said return was not posted in the

Integrated Tax System (ITS) and hard copy cannot be issued  because eBIR facilities is still under renovation.

Further, we have already informed Ms. Aple Shayne Lomoljo and she was also advised to pick-up the certification anytime at our district office.

It is earnestly hoped that this reply would shed clarification on the issue.
