I would like to request a copy of bir form 2107 for our application of arbitrary compromise settlement. The said form cannot be found in the BIR website.

You asked for BIR Form 2107.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The aforesaid BIR Form No. 2107 can be requested from the Collection Division of the Revenue Region (RR) of the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you or your company is registered and upon receipt of the RR of your docket.

Kindly coordinate with the RDO on our concern.
