In reply, please be informed of Chapter VII-Standard Procedure for eFOI Requests, Section 21.3 and quoted hereunder:

Section 21.3 - the requesting party shall attach to his eFOI request scanned copies of at least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of the requesting party.

You may resubmit your request upon completion of the abovementioned requirement.
