Hello! I hope you're doing fine. I'm writing to you to request for a copy of my ITR 1700 for years 2020 and 2021. I was able to file them online but wasn't able to submit the physical copy due to pandemic scare. Your help would be very much appreciated as I need to submit a physical copy of my ITR to BIR.

I refer to my letter of Mar 18, 2022 01:33:30 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR 1700.
In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file for CY 2020- 2021?
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR was filed online)
Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jun 10, 2022 01:17:20 PM, your request will be closed.
We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
