Good day, BIR Team! :)

This has reference to the request of the copy of full text of RMC 44-2002 with subject Clarifies taxpayers’ use of accounting methods for internal revenue tax purposes. 

I visited your BIR website but digest is only available. I also research it on google but the full text is not available. We will use this RMC 44-2002 for reference to its provisions of using accounting method for internal revenue purposes. 

In this connection, I respectfully and humbly request the copy of full text of RMC 44-2002. Thank you po and keep safe always!
