Response to your request Please be advised that the filing of employees' ITR is not the responsibility of the employer. if you have been employed, your employer is supposed to issue you a copy of your BIR Form 2316 before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made as this is an attachment to your ITR that you are required to file on or before April 15 of each year.
