Hi Good day! I would like to request an information regarding my tin number po, My name is Catherine Peralta Yambao, yung employer ko po kasi ang sabi nia po nagkaroon na po ako ng record sa BIR pero wala naman pong nagprocess ng tin number ko not even my employer po ngayon, if ever i got my tin number sana po makuha ko po para po sana magamit ko cia for SBWS purpose po. I refer to my letter of May 04, 2020 07:06:31 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for TIN NUMBER.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Your Birthday is not discernable in the Phil health ID you have provided so I cannot process your request. In addition per your representation and based on initial database search and verification you indeed have similar or duplicate records with 1 taxpayer. This should be processed MANUALLY at the RDO of your employer and by filling out BIR FORM 1902, as attached.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jul 31, 2020 08:31:56 AM, your request will be closed.
