Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 06, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Income Tax Return (ITR).

Response to your request

We called your contact number several times from August 9 and 10, 2023 to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

Please be informed that we have coordinated your request with Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 57-Binan, Laguna (where you are registered), they have records available from Calendar Year 2016 to 2018 for ALL NO Payment Returns. However, no available information from CY 2019 to 2022.

We recommend that you visit the concerned office at 2/F Umbria Commercial Ctr. National Road, Tulay Batom, Brgy. San Antonio, Binan City.
