Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 05, 2023 02:01:19 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Urgent Request for BIR 2316 Form.

Response to your request

In reply, please be informed of the viber response we received from Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 44-Taguig/Pateros and the answers were quoted in a verbatim statement:

" Yung 2021 niya March to December 2021 lang. Meaning hindi kasama sa pinareceived samin ng previous company nung year na yun kase ang ginawa ni company binalik sa kanya yung taxes niya kung sakali man na meron kase, mag seself file siya non.

CY 2021 hindi siya kasama sa nireport ni company kay BIR

CY 2022 naman Jan-April lang siya so nung nag resign siya nabalik ulit yung taxes sa kanya kung sakali man na meron then bibigyan siya ni company ng BIR Form 2316.

Wala copy ng both year"

Further, please request directly to your previous employer (s) as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy thereof as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as an Annual Income Tax Return.
