Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 28, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for your Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316.

In reply, we resolve to deny your request due to Lacks valid proof of identification / authorization / board resolution / corporate secretary's certificate. In connection with this, kindly attach at least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of the requesting party [Sec. 13.4 (a)] of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual.
