Hi All!
I would like to request for a copy of ITR on above dates. I am planning to update it for may personal use and also for employment.
I want to build up my own company and studying the pros and cons of every detail. I cannot go directly in BIR because of this pandemic and I have a baby.
Hoping for your kind consideration in this matter.

I refer to my letter of Aug 23, 2021, 02:11:16 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for INCOME TAX RETURN.

.In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details:
-	What ITR did you file from 2013-2014? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 16, 2021 02:04:02 AM, your request will be closed.

Good day!
I believe it is Form 1701 as it was applied by my old employer ACCENTURE INC in Mandaluyong City.
It was in RDO 050 Makati.
