I refer to my letter of Jul 01, 2023 05:57:28 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Registered Businesses In District 1 Quezon Province.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  We would like to be clarified if you are a student-researcher?  If you are a student, we request you to kindly submit the following as part of the requirements:
1.  Your valid School ID; 
2.  Indorsement of your supervising teacher/professor/instructor; and
3.  Kindly state the specific purpose of your request in your indorsement letter.
