I'd like to request my income tax return from the past year or two, if possible for personal record keeping and application requirement purposes.

Dear Ms.  ACOSTA,

I refer to my letter of Oct 22, 2021 06:21:28 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for income tax return.

If you are requesting for your ITR, kindly provide us the following details for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information:
-	What ITR did you file?for what specific year? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	Where did you file your ITR, 
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
Furthermore, the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 17, 2022 02:57:02 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
