I would like to request for a copy of my ITR from Jan 2018 to Jan 2020. I will use this for employment purposes. I hope you can accommodate my request. Thank you.

Dear Joan Campos,

I refer to my letter of Jul 06, 2021, 12:59:02 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR Copy.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details:
-	What ITR did you file from CY 2018-2020? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	May we know where you filed your ITR, what RDO are you registered with? 
-	Your TIN
-	If employed, your employer’s TIN, business name & address
Also, kindly provide us the Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system,  we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sept 28, 2021, 11:12:55 AM, your request will be closed.
