February 1, 2023 Dear Mr. David: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 31, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Request where is my current RDO registered. Response to your request After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the following reasons: The request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.); and TIN and Other Relevant Personal Information is considered a piece of Sensitive Personal Information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012, as such, it is not advisable to be uploaded in the FOI Portal because this is a public website. You may adopt Other Measures to ensure that Section 270 of the 1997 Tax Code, as amended, and Republic Act 10173 are not violated. TIN Inquiry and/or Validation are now available through Chatbot-Revie which can be accessed thru the BIR Website (www.bir.gov.ph). Thank you.
